An integral part of the rich liturgy at All Saints

Music is an integral part of the liturgy at All Saints. Our worship is regularly enriched with choral mass settings and anthems. Annual highlights include the Service of Nine Lessons and Carols, Easter Day and All Saints’ Day. Choral Evensong is also offered on a few occasions each year. If you would like to audition for a place in the choir, please email or speak to one of our organists.

Congregational singing is also important to us. At our 17:30 Parish Mass on Sundays, we sing hymns and the following liturgical music: Propers and Ordinary of the Mass (Merbecke). The Asperges me (replaced by Vidi Aquam in Eastertide), Litany, Lent Prose and Advent Prose are also sung when liturgically appropriate.

We host monthly organ recitals between May and September each year. Please see the poster in the section below for more details.

The Organ

The church boasts an excellent two-manual pipe organ, built in 1996 by Principal Pipe Organs. For more details about the instrument, please read the following article about the history of this organ and its predecessors. (Links to an external resource)

If you would like to find out more about the music at All Saints, please speak to one of our organists after any sung service.
