Parochial Church Council (PCC)
Safeguarding Policy

Promoting a Safer Church

As a parish within the Diocese of York, we are resolutely committed to safeguarding children and young people, vulnerable adults, and those in abusive relationships. Our aim is to cultivate secure environments where all individuals,  and particularly those who may be vulnerable for any reason, are nurtured and protected and where any concerns can be reported with encouragement and in safety. At All Saints North Street, we adhere strictly to the national legal and procedural framework for safeguarding children and vulnerable adults, alongside the comprehensive policy and practice guidance provided by the Church of England.

For any safeguarding concerns or enquiries, please contact our Parish Safeguarding Officer, Steve Aston, by email at steveinyork@talktalk.net or by telephone on 07703 575750.
